Food Hoses from PTFX Puresil Techniflex

PTFX Puresil Techniflex manufacture heat-traced flexible hoses for use with a wide range of food and confectionery process transfer applications. Our temperature controlled hose are available in a range of hose bore sizes and lengths to suit most hygienic or sanitary installations.

Manufactured from high quality smooth bore rubber and fluoropolymer materials which offer good flexibility, optimum clean-ability and ease of handling. PTFX heat traced hose materials are all FDA compliant, they are also non-tainting and are free from phthalates or any animal by-products.

All PTFX temperature controlled hygienic & sanitary process hoses are fully suitable for use with in-line CIP and SIP cleaning systems.

CIP Cleaning, with a broad temperature range from - 40° to + 120° C, Technifood-ultra hoses are ideally suited for use with CIP cleaning systems,
they can also be steam cleaned ( open ended ) if preferred

Technifood-ultra hoses are supplied fitted complete with PTFX Safe-Lok hygienically swaged hose end connections included IDF, SMS, RJT, Tri-Clamp, Camlock and IBC buttress terminations

PTFX Puresil Techniflex hoses are available in different colours and can be supplied with individual hose branding for use on dedicated product lines

All PTFX are fully pressure tested and certified
