Available in a range of hose bore sizes and lengths to suit most Hygienic, Sanitary or Aseptic installations
Our temperature controlled flexible hoses can maintain and regulate product transfer at temperatures ranging

from +30° up to + 250° degrees 'C'  (  86 to 482° F ) and special versions up to + 350° 'C'  ( 662° ).

 

Our temperature controllers can be supplied for each individual hose or you can use one larger contoller to regulate up to 3 hoses

PTFX smooth bore PTFE, Silicone and EPDM hose liner materials conform to FDA, USP Class VI and EP 3.1.9 standards

they are also non-tainting, free from phthalates and do contain any animal by-products,

we also produce flexible stainless steel hoses for extreme temperature control requirements

All PTFX heat traced hoses are manufactured from high quality smooth bore rubber and fluoropolymer materials which offer

good flexibility, optimum cleanability and ease of handling and all of our hoses ar fully tested and certified prior dispatch.
