All of our moulded tri-clamp components are processed and packaged in dedicated Class 7 ( Class 10,000 ) Clean rooms which are regularly monitored and audited by our customers.

PTFX Puresil Techniflex have many years of experience in the field of high purity moulded components. The materials which we use to produce our moulded products include the following, Platinum cured Silicone, C-Flex, Marprene, Ameprene, Pureprene, Stapure, Chemsure and alternative high purity TPE materials.

All of these materials conform to FDA, USP Class VI and EP 3.1.9 requirements and are also TSE / Animal free compliant. PTFX provides full material certification and documentation for all components and materials supplied.
