Description

Techni-Brew Ultra Hose from PTFX Puresil Techniflex is a competitively priced - highly flexible ultra smooth bore FDA Chlorobutyl lined brewery and beverage hose which has been designed to offer optimum hose cleanliness and performance - when fitted with the PTFX range of Safe-lok design hygienically swaged 316 stainless steel end fittings.

Technibrew ultra hoses are available in sizes ranging from 10mm up to 200mm I/D and in continuous lengths up to 61.0 mtrs and can be supplied in various colours for the transfer of dedicated products or production lines.

Features & Benefits

Techni-brew Ultra hose has a broad temperature range from -40° +120° C, making it totally suitable for use with CIP cleaning systems and the chlorobutyl hose liner is also resistant dilute acids & chemicals solutions.

Technibrew ultra hoses are supplied fitted complete with our range of Safe-lok design hygienic swaged 316SS end connections which are available as standard in RJT, SMS, Tri-Clamp and all other hygienic and sanitary connections.

Technibrew hoses can be supplied in a range of colours and also with individual branding where dedicated product lines may be required. All Technibrew hoses from PTFX are fully pressure tested and certified prior to dispatch.

Technibrew ultra is also ideal for use with IBC and Pallecon containers by helping to apply minimal stress  loads to the plastic valves and hose connections normally found on these portable containers.
